Technical Overview
Soltera 3 ADV ships as a Class 1 ebike and is not throttle compatible. This bike is equipped with a Gates Belt Drive system that eliminates issues such as chain stretch and usual wear. Belt drive systems typically last 2-3 times as long as traditional chains and cogs.
Aventon ebikes are built to the IPX6-rated standard. An IPX6 rating means the bike is protected against high-pressure water streams from any angle. This provides strong water resistance, so you can confidently ride in heavy rain or through puddles and mud. However, IPX6 does not mean waterproof - Aventon ebikes are not designed for full submersion.
Avoid using a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike, as pressurized water can still damage components.

*Max range determined using PAS Eco on flat terrain and a 160lb rider.
  • Throttle: Class 1 and 3 do not have throttles, while Class 2 does.
  • Legal Access: Class 1 and 2 generally have wider access to shared-use paths, but Class 3 is typically restricted to roads due to its higher speed.
  • Age & Gear: Class 3 e-bikes often have age restrictions and require a helmet.
